Why Industrial Epoxy Mortar

A troweled epoxy mortar blends resin with graded quartz aggregate to rebuild a spalled slab and leave a seamless, monolithic wearing surface. Our Process

We diamond grind or shot blast the slab to the correct concrete surface profile, then run ASTM F1869 and F2170 moisture tests. If the slab reads high, a vapor barrier primer goes down first to stop osmotic blistering. We check dry film thickness as we coat, then finish with a chemical-resistant topcoat and aisle striping if you need it.
